James and Finlay's water cycle work. Can you write an explanation of how it works?

This is how the water cycle works: The sun warms up the water in rivers and seas, and turns it into water vapour [steam]. The vapour rises, meets cool air and condenses into tiny droplets to form clouds. When the clouds become heavy with water, the rain falls. The water eventually runs into the sea.
